The situation
MedForce had to answer an existential question before its runway ran out: could it attract qualified healthcare candidates through marketing at all? A long research phase would burn the runway; guessing would burn the company.
The insight
Sequential testing was the trap. Testing markets one at a time would take months to produce a signal. Running them in parallel, with a fixed intelligence cycle, would produce a definitive answer in weeks — and reveal where in the candidate journey the real problems lived.

What we built
A rapid validation system: 25 unique ads across 10 markets, run in 12-day intelligence cycles with live performance diagnosis. Alongside the campaigns, a conversion infrastructure map and roadmap for where to invest next.
What compounded
Data from the first 12-day cycle reshaped the second. Click-through rates hit 2× the industry average — proving the marketing-driven recruitment model was viable — while the same data exposed the conversion failures: weak credibility signals and friction in the candidate experience. MedForce got both answers in 28 days for 28% less budget than traditional testing, avoiding months of resource burn.
Startups no longer have to choose between speed and thoroughness.
AI-native companies are already operating at a different level – perceiving opportunities others miss, moving faster than the market expects, compounding advantage every week. The ones winning aren’t using better tools. They’re working with better context.
We build your AI-native engine in sprints – strategy, brand, GTM, or operating model – and leave you owning it. Not plans. A running system. If you’re ready:
