Privacy Policy
Last updated October 13, 2026
Aveniq, Inc. (“Aveniq,” “we,” “us”) runs aveniq.co as a marketing website. This policy explains what the site collects, why, and the choices you have. It covers this website only.
In brief
- We collect what you send through our contact form, plus first-party analytics on how the site is used.
- All of it is for Aveniq’s internal business use. We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.
- No advertising cookies, no third-party ad trackers, and we do not store IP addresses in our analytics.
- In the EEA and UK, analytics runs only if you accept it. Everywhere, you can turn it off in Cookie settings.
Who we are
Aveniq, Inc. is a Delaware corporation (Delaware file number 3884040) and is responsible for the information described here. Registered office: 8 The Green, Suite B, Dover, Kent County, Delaware 19901. For privacy questions or requests, email [email protected].
What we collect
When you contact us. The details you enter in our contact form: name, company, role or title (optional), email, phone (optional), your message, and how you heard about us (optional). If you email us directly, we receive your email address and whatever your message contains.
When you browse. Our own analytics records how the site is used: pages viewed, time on page, scroll depth, clicks on links and buttons, file downloads and video plays, and form activity (for example, that a form was started or submitted, never what you type into it). It also records how you arrived (referring site and campaign tags), device type, browser, operating system, screen size, language, approximate country, page performance, and technical error details. Random identifiers stored in cookies let us recognize repeat visits from the same browser. See our Cookie Policy.
What we do not collect. Our analytics does not store IP addresses, read form entries, or use advertising, social media, or cross-site tracking cookies. We do not ask for sensitive information. Our hosting provider processes standard technical data, such as IP addresses, to deliver and secure the site.
How we use it
- To reply to your inquiry and follow up about working together.
- To understand how the site performs and improve its content.
- To keep the site secure and working, including filtering automated traffic and fixing errors.
That is the full list. All of it is for Aveniq’s internal business use.
We do not sell your data
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising. We have no plans to bundle or sell data collected through this site. We share information only with service providers that run the site for us (hosting, database, and email delivery) and that may use it only on our behalf; when the law requires it; or as part of a merger or sale of our business, in which case this policy continues to apply.
Legal bases (EEA and UK visitors)
- Analytics: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
- Contact form: steps you ask us to take before a possible engagement, and our legitimate interest in answering business inquiries.
- Security and site operation: our legitimate interest in a safe, working website.
How long we keep it
- Analytics data: up to 24 months, then deleted automatically.
- Contact inquiries: as long as needed to respond and keep a record of our business conversations. We delete them on request unless the law requires us to keep them.
- Your cookie choice: 12 months, then we ask again.
Your choices and rights
Analytics. In the EEA and UK, analytics starts only after you accept it. Elsewhere it is on by default. Anyone can switch it off at any time in or by blocking cookies in the browser. Switching it off deletes our analytics cookies and stops collection from that browser.
Your rights. Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR, the UK GDPR, and US state privacy laws such as California’s), you may ask to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, object to or restrict certain uses, and withdraw consent. Email [email protected]. We reply within 30 days and will never treat you differently for asking. We may need to confirm your identity. Analytics records are tied to a random browser identifier rather than your name, so we may ask for the value of the __avq_pvid cookie to find them. In the EEA or UK, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Browser signals. The site does not currently change its behavior for Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals. Use Cookie settings to turn analytics off.
Where data is processed
Aveniq is based in the United States, and our service providers process data in the United States. If you visit from another country, your information is transferred to the US. Where the law requires, we use appropriate safeguards for those transfers.
Security
The site uses encrypted connections (HTTPS), and access to analytics and inquiries is limited to authorized Aveniq staff. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you share.
Children
This site is for business audiences. It is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes and contact
If our practices change, we will update this page and its date. Questions: [email protected], or Aveniq, Inc., 8 The Green, Suite B, Dover, Delaware 19901.
