Real results.
Measured. Documented. Owned.
Every engagement below is a system we built and handed over — documented end to end, measured against real market alternatives, and still compounding after we leave.

Elevate Dermatology & Plastic Surgery
A premium practice went from no brand system to a compounding engine in two weeks.
After a 2025 rebrand, Elevate had something no competitor could match — a premium, fully integrated Physician-led care continuum from medical dermatology to cosmetic services and plastic surgery under one roof.

Starting conditions
An established behavioral-health network was receiving 300 to 400 patient referrals a month, but too few became visits — in October 2025, only 22.6% of referred patients actually made it into care.
Intervention
Rather than hand off the venture, the team that designed BHNewCo ran it — a weekly cadence of decisions Monday, status report Friday, with every decision, data point, and relationship already held in a single structured context file.
Engine built
A six-part operating layer: coaching the providers who drive referrals, managing appointment capacity like inventory, running the funnel from referral to first visit as one job, platform administration, governance reporting, and a monthly review that separates real movement from noise.
Observable proof
Dedicated appointment slots grew more than sixfold, from 391 to 2,489 a month. Engagement crossed 36% by February and held for seven straight months, reaching 37.9% in August — with 25% more patients in care on 25% fewer referrals.
Ongoing capability
The dashboard, the scoring engine, the monthly review, and a 74-week written record the venture owns as institutional memory.
